CinéClap was founded in 2004, with the purpose of creating and producing fiction films and documentaries.

Later on, as its activities became more diversified, many productions emerged. Aside of its focus on fiction and documentaries, Les Productions CinéClap also produced video clips, reports, promotional and corporate videos, and show recordings.
